Job Description
The HR and Admin Officer plays a crucial role in managing human resources functions and administrative tasks within the organization. This position involves overseeing various aspects of employee relations, recruitment, and general office administration to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day office operations and personnel management including the full spectrum of HR and Payroll Administration and , tax filing. Directly handle other paper work and documentation for meetings and corporate matters.
Assist in establishing and handling processes for recruitment, training, compensation and benefits structuring, and general personnel management.
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
Create guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Oversee employee engagement
Develop training and onboarding material
Respond to employees’ direct queries (and computations!) surrounding work arrangements, attendance, and benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
Qualifications:
A generalist with strengths in HR Administration.
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role
Essential knowledge of mandatories and compliance with labor legislation
Experience using online office tools
Organizational development skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Job Description

Job Description
The Social Media Manager is responsible for the timely execution of all social media content created and programmed for the Official Social Media Properties of our clients. A critical aspect of the job is the ability to engage clients, not only in taking directions and guidance but also in suggesting, contributing or introducing concepts, ideas, and best practices. The Social Media Manager effectively liaises between our Clients and DC Digital Management and Creative Teams.

FULL-TIME POSITION | PRODUCTION & EDITING
Responsibilities
Coordinate with writer, storyboard and director on client needs and wants
Takes initiative in pre-production, mid-production and post-production scenes
Capture studio-quality photographs and video
Work both on and off-site
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
Work with our creative team
Pre-production:
Collaborate with clients or creative teams to understand project goals and requirements.
Develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for video projects.
Plan and coordinate logistics for video shoots, including location scouting, equipment setup, and talent casting.
Videography:
Operate video cameras and related equipment to capture high-quality footage.
Set up and adjust lighting, audio, and camera settings to achieve desired visual and audio effects.
Shoot various types of footage, including interviews, B-roll, and scenic shots.
Ensure proper framing, composition, and focus during filming.
Audio Capture:
Record clean and clear audio using microphones and sound recording equipment.
Monitor and adjust audio levels to maintain quality sound throughout the shoot.
Post-production:
Ingest and organize video footage and audio files.
Edit video content using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Cut and arrange clips to create a coherent and engaging narrative.
Add transitions, visual effects, titles, and graphics to enhance the video.
Sync audio and video tracks, and enhance audio quality as needed.
Color correction and grading to ensure a consistent and visually appealing look.
Compress, export, and render video files in various formats for different platforms.
Collaborate with clients and team members to revise and finalize video projects.
